Press Release Body = JACKSONVILLE, FLA. - March 22, 2007 - On the eve of the
International Sign Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Professional Decal Application
Association, or PDAA, is holding two events organized especially for vinyl
installers, vehicle wrappers, fleet graphic applicators and others in the vinyl
industry. Vinyl installers at all levels of expertise are invited to join the
activities as the industry gears up for the International Sign Association's (ISA)
annual event April 11-14, 2007.

First, on Monday, April 9, the PDAA will offer its VIP Certification Testing.
Certification Testing is required for acceptance as Basic and Master Certified
members. The PDAA's Certification Testing has been endorsed by Arlon, Avery, Flexcon
and MACTac. The cost of the training is $800 per company, and each company has the
option of having up to two employees tested. This is a combination of hands-on
training and written tests designed to demonstrate proficiency in applying a variety
of films and graphics to flat surfaces and trailer surfaces, including rivets.

Specifically, installers will be tested on:

. Cleaning the surface properly
. Applying the graphic
. Removing the premask and resqueegeeing the graphic
. Cutting and tucking the seams
. Sealing rivets (advanced training)
. Resqueegeeing the graphic

A second level of testing, Master Certification tests, position vinyl installers to
be Arlon, Avery, Flexcon and MACTac certified, allowing them to advertise their
professional certification to customers and use the corporate logos on their
vehicles, letterhead, business cards, Web site and other promotional materials. For
more information on testing, visit www.pdaa.com and enroll by March 26, 2007. (Vinyl
installers who do not want to undergo the testing can still join the PDAA as a
General member. However, Certification sends young vinyl installers on their way to
becoming masters of the trade.)

The PDAA is also holding its annual meeting of some of the world's best vinyl
installers in Las Vegas on April 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The all-day
networking event offers limited seating for prospective members, and will feature a
cadre of industry speakers to fill you in on the latest industry happenings.
Advanced registration is required. For more information on attending the annual
meeting, visit www.pdaa.com.
